Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?
Many of the Raw Beauty Box team members know the challenges of balancing work and family! We have found that setting expectations among the team has been essential, so everyone knows each other’s availability and how to support each other. Meetings are often held with toddlers in the background, and workloads are never in excess, yet we manage to achieve everything we set out to do and navigate hurdles well. It’s never a perfectly even balance between work and family, but that’s just the way it goes, and the entire team is understanding of that. Family comes first, and we mean it.
The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
It seems there are always challenges to overcome! From inventory to website challenges, it’s essential to trust that the answers are out there and everything is ‘figure-out-able’.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
We just launched our wholesale program, which has allowed us to collaborate with like-minded brands. We hope to grow that space as we continue to contribute to worthy causes and fine-tune our operations. We want to spread as much natural, nourishing bathing joy as possible!
